Many homes I see have a need for displaying children's art that is not so messy. Here are a few ideas:
1. I love Dynamic Frames because they look good and are easy to swap out art. However, they are not your cheapest choice.
2. Add shelf ledges to your home. You can hang the shelf just about anywhere. You can easily set the latest masterpiece on here or you can put the works of art into frames then on the shelf.
3. Art picture pockets are another very clever and neat way to display kid's artwork.
4. If you want to go cheap and are hanging this artwork in a somewhat hidden room, like a playroom, you can simply hang small nails straight across the wall. Tie some string, hemp, yarn or whatever you have on hand, onto one end and run it across the top of the nails as guides (you can even loop around the nail in an attempt to keep it taught. Tie the string onto the last nail. Now you can hang artwork with clothespins or cute clips on the string.
OR if you're lucky enough to visit an Ikea you can do this:
All you need to purchase is a curtain wire (it comes with brackets) from the Dignitet series. And it's only $14.99! My friend tells me they are a little bit of a pain to hang up but you can see how fantastic they look!
Of course these ideas are great for any kind of art, not just for the kids.
