Lists.  Some of us make them.  Some of us live by them.  I think it's about time some of us make a "Stop doing" list.  You know, a list of things we need to stop doing so we can reach our goals.

Stop with the email "itis" and don't check your email so much.
Don't check your social network sites so much.
Stop leaving things out.
Stop putting off decisions. 
Stop telling yourself you'll never get in shape.
Stop telling yourself clutter is the cross you must bear.

Prioritize and create your "stop doing" list!
