Create a password “Manual” and keep it by your desk as a great reference for websites that you visit that require you to log-in.

I thought I came up with this idea on my own a few weeks ago but maybe not. I purchased a small address book for a few bucks and have been entering log-in information alphabetically. I'm loving it!
