Our favorite compliment from a client

It's difficult for some potential clients to let us into their home.  They want help but don't want others to see their struggle.  We are all like that in one way or another.  I grin when a homeowner comes to the door, squeezes out the door and says, "I'm having second thoughts" or "I'm really embarrassed about this".  I grin because I know it is difficult and I know it will all be okay.  I know I will not be shocked.  I grin because I appreciate this person's honestly.

A year ago we helped an elderly woman sort, purge and organize.  She was on oxygen.  She had lived an incredibly interesting life.  At this point in her life she realized her future would involve relocating to assisted living.  She had no family here to help her.  We helped her with every room in her house, a garage and an attic. It was difficult for her in a number of ways.  It was personal.

Once we were finishing up the job she said, "I can't tell you how great it's been to work with you two.  More than anything I appreciate your non-judgmental attitudes."

That was gold.  It was one of the best moments in my organizing career.

We understand that it is difficult to allow someone in your home.  We understand it is difficult to ask for help.

We really want to make a difference in your life. Let us help you climb out from your clutter so you can enjoy what is truly valuable to you!
