As a way to help local friends and neighbors I occasionally offer Freezer Meal Workshops.  This month I gave 5 menu options.

I don't charge extra for doing this.  One reason I do it is because if I'm offering a workshop I will participate and so that gives me accountability to plan ahead and get some ready-to-go meals in my freezer.  Another reason I do it is simply to help other people.

By hosting these myself I have had the joy of getting to know my acquaintances better and they have become friends to me.
